Emergency First Response

Emergency First Response® primary and secondary care training teaches you what to do in the critical moments between when a life-threatening emergency occurs and when emergency medical services arrive.

EFR training aims to increase lay rescuers' self-confidence and willingness to intervene in medical emergencies. After studying and understanding the theoretical concepts on the PADI e-learning platform, in this course you will learn the simple steps to follow in emergency care in a low stress learning environment.

EFR courses fulfill the CPR and first aid requirements for the PADI Rescue Diver course and all professional levels. The course is based on internationally recognized medical guidelines for emergency care. Upon completion of the training, you will receive the EFR Primary and Secondary Care certification recognized worldwide and valid for 2 years.
