PADI Advanced Open Water Diver

The Advanced Open Water Diver Course is aimed at improving your skills as a diver. During the course, you and your instructor will chose together the skills you want to improve from some of the specialities offered by our diving centre.

After studying the theoretical part on the PADI e-learning platform, we will dive together to discover the underwater beauties of Ustica where, following a detailed briefing, you will learn how to improve skills such as buoyancy and navigation. We will also tackle deep and current dives, learning how to handle each situation that comes our way. At the end of the course you will receive a globally recognized PADI certification that entitles you to participate in dives up to a maximum depth of 30 meters/100 feet worldwide.

We have PADI teaching materials available in all languages. Our instructors speak Italian, English and French.

Participation requirements:
• PADI Open Water Diver certification or equivalent
• Minimum age 12 y.o. (junior certification up to 15 y.o.)
• Course duration of minimum 3 days
• Basic swimming skills
• Not recommended for people with heart/psychological conditions
• Not possible for pregnant women
